Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Macchu pisco · Pisco
  • 0.25 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a flute glass, top with Champagne (2 oz 90-Plus Cellars Prosecco), and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
