  • 1 dash Fee's peach bitters · Bitters
  • 1 literal 3 Sprigs of mint · Other
  • 0.25 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (marie brizard) · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz El dorado 3 year rum · Rum
  • 1 dash Absinthe (butterfly) · Absinthe

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
