Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Egg white (1/2 egg white) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup (gomme) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Maraschino liqueur (luxardo) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Batavia arrack · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a coupe glass and twist a lemon peel over the top.
