Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.5 oz Crème de cacao (tempus fugit) · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Fernet branca · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Aged rum (flor de caña añejo oro)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with lemon oil from a twist and freshly grated nutmeg.
