Banana Daiquri

Ingredients
- 4 oz Crushed ice
- 0.5 Ripe banana cut into slices
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Gold puerto rican rum (tommy bahama gold)
Instructions
Blend until smooth (blend without ice to break up the banana and blend again with ice) and pour into a cocktail glass. Here, I made 1 1/2 times the recipe and split into two cocktail coupes.
