Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.5 oz Cinzano sweet vermouth · Vermouth
  • 1 oz Meletti amaro · Amaro
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and add a straw.
