Angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Rothman & winter apricot liqueur, Averna, Four roses bourbon

Cinnamon syrup, Lemon juice, Hartley & gibson amontillado sherry, Cognac

6 To 8 leaves of mint, Simple syrup, Lime juice, Smith & cross, Cynar

Rich simple syrup (2:1), Lemon juice, Bols genever
