Ingredients

  • 1 Light dash angostura bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Pear liqueur (rothman & winter)
  • 1 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat)
  • 1 oz Dark (or aged) rum (plantation original dark)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
