Ingredients

  • 1 dash Picon bitters (1/2 oz torani amer) · Bitters
  • 2 dash Pineapple juice (3/4 oz) · Juice
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth (cocchi sweet) · Vermouth
  • 0.5 jigger Sherry (1 1/2 oz lustau amontillado) · Sherry

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
