Ingredients

  • 1 dash Orange bitters · Bitters
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Cocchi sweet vermouth · Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Aviation gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, garnish with mint, and add a straw.
