Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin (beefeater) · Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit liqueur (st. elder)
  • 0.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup 1:1 · Syrup

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass with ice (coupe without ice), and garnish with a rosemary sprig (omit).
