Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt · Other
  • 3 Inch piece english cucumber (no peel)
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 1.5 oz Hendrick's gin · Gin

Instructions

Muddle cucumber with salt. Add rest of ingredients and shake; add ice and shake again. Double strain into a tall glass containing 2 oz soda water. Garnish with celery bitters and add a straw.
