Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter)
  • 0.5 oz Pear liqueur (rothman & winter)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Falernum (velvet)
  • 0.5 oz J.wray & nephew rum
  • 1.5 oz Pisco (macchu pisco)
  • 1 dash Orange bitters (regan's)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass. Add ice and top with 2 oz soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon twist.
