Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 2.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Rainwater madeira (blandy's 5 yr verdelho) · Madeira
  • 1.5 oz Zacapa rum (diplomatico exclusiva) · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
