Ingredients

  • 2 oz Zacapa 23 rum (zaya 12)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey-ginger syrup · Syrup

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube, and float 1/4 oz Laphroaig 10 Year Scotch.
