Ingredients

0.25 oz Lime juice
0.25 oz Benedictine
0.25 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Grenadine
0.5 oz Cherry heering
1.5 oz Plymouth gin (beefeater)
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice (wine glass without ice), and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice (omit garnish).
