Ingredients

  • 1 dash Bittermens tiki bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Amaro montenegro · Amaro

Instructions

Shake with ice and double strain into a Champagne flute. Top with ~2 oz Dibon Cava.
