Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Amaro montenegro · Amaro
  • 2 oz Ransom old tom gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a flute glass. Top with 1 oz prosecco (Gruet Blanc de Blancs) and garnish with a lemon twist.
