Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.38 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.38 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Pimm's no. 1 · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Hayman's old tom gin · Gin
  • 1 oz Black tea-infused pisco (*) · Pisco
  • 1 dash Bittermens boston bittahs · Other

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Top with around 2 oz of sparkling wine.
