Ingredients

0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
0.5 oz Chai tea syrup · Syrup
2 oz Pimm's no. 1 · Liqueur

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz hard cider (Eric Bordelet Nouvelle Vague), top with ice, and garnish with an apple slice and freshly grated cinnamon.
