Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Yellow chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Old port rum · Rum
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a flute glass. Top with 2-3 oz of dry sparkling wine.
