Ingredients

  • 0.75 Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 oz Watermelon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz White rum (santa teresa claro)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with ice, and garnish with a watermelon slice, lime wheel (omit), and mint sprig.
