Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (oxford 1970) · Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Peychaud's apertivo (martini aperitivo)
  • 1.5 oz Great king street glasgow blend scotch (famous grouse)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
