Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.25 oz Triple sec (cointreau)
  • 0.5 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (oxford 1970)
  • 0.75 oz Campari
  • 1.5 oz Mezcal (fidencio)
  • 4 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with mint sprigs.
