  • 12 drop Absinthe (st. george) · Absinthe
  • 0.25 oz Grenadine · Other
  • 0.25 oz Curaçao (pierre ferrand) · Other
  • 0.25 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 1.5 oz Watermelon juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Fino sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with a watermelon slice and 2-3 dash Peychaud's Bitters.
