Ingredients

  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt · Other
  • 1 barspoon Massenez crème de mûre
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Punt e mes · Other
  • 1 oz Privateer amber rum · Rum
  • 0.25 oz House coffee liqueur (*)
  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dusting of fine espresso coffee grounds.
