  • 2 dash Jerry thomas decanter bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lustau dry oloroso sherry · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Gran classico bitter · Other
  • 0.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 1.5 oz Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac · Cognac

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist a grapefruit peel over the top.
