Ingredients

1 Lemon twist
0.13 oz Gomme syrup (small hands)
0.5 oz Suze gentian liqueur (salers)
0.5 oz Camus vs cognac
1.5 oz Bulleit bourbon (old granddad bonded)

Instructions

Express twist into the mixing glass, add the rest of the ingredients, and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe pre-rinsed with Lucid Absinthe (St. George).
