Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Papaya nectar
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 1 tsp White crème de menthe (tempus fugit)
  • 0.5 oz Cognac (camus vs)
  • 1.5 oz Dark jamaican rum (1 1/4 oz coruba + 1/4 oz smith & cross)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a tall glass (Tiki mug), and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple chunk (chocolate mint sprigs).
