  • 0.25 oz Pineapple gum syrup (homemade pineapple syrup) · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (st. elizabeth) · Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Falernum (velvet) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Fernet branca · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Zaya rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with pineapple sage (omitted).
