Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.25 oz Fee's orange bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 1 oz Pimm's no. 1 · Liqueur

Instructions

Shake without ice and then with ice. Strain into a highball glass, top with 3 oz of Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen beer, and add a spoon straw.
