Ingredients
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
- 0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup
- 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Mount gay eclipse rum (plantation barbados 5 year)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.
