Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Apricot liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Galliano · Other
  • 0.75 oz Privateer silver rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass, top with crushed ice, garnish with a lemon twist, and add a straw.
