Ingredients

  • 1 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Punt e mes · Other
  • 0.75 oz Sweet vermouth · Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (oxford 1970) · Sherry
  • 2 dash Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters
  • 2 dash Angostura orange bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an orange twist.
