Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg
  • 0.25 oz Smith & cross rum
  • 0.5 oz Pierre ferrand dry curaçao
  • 0.75 oz Benedictine
  • 1.5 oz Punt e mes

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with freshly grated orange zest.
