Sabath Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg
- 0.5 barspoon Sugar
- 0.5 oz Black coffee
- 0.75 oz Port wine (sandeman tawny)
- 0.75 oz French brandy (château de plassons vsop)
Instructions
Stir the sugar and coffee until the sugar is dissolved. Add rest of ingredients and shake without ice. Add ice, shake, and strain into a claret (wine) glass.
