Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 2 dash Fee's whiskey barrel bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Sandeman rainwater madeira (blandy's 5 year verdelho)
  • 2 oz Flor de caña 7 year rum (plantation original dark) · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a Fizz glass (nut bowl), and garnish with grated cinnamon.
