Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz St. germain · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Leblon cachaça (seleta gold) · Cachaça
  • 0.75 oz Laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy (laird's bonded) · Brandy

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Fizz glass, top with soda water (~2 oz), and twist a lemon peel over the top.
