Ingredients

  • 1 Large (or 2 medium) strawberry
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 oz Cold water
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 2 oz London dry gin (tanqueray) · Gin

Instructions

Muddle the strawberry in the orgeat and honey syrup, add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice, and double strain into a Collins glass. Fill with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
