Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Strawberry · Other
  • 1 tsp Passion fruit syrup · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Vanilla syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Aperol · Other
  • 1 oz Lustau fino sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz English harbor rum (r.l. seale 10 year)

Instructions

Muddle the strawberry, add the rest of the ingredients, and shake with ice. Strain into a Belgian glass (Collins), top with crushed ice, and garnish with mint sprigs and a fresh strawberry.
