Ingredients

  • 2 dash Bittermens grapefruit bitters
  • 2 Sprig mint
  • 4 Wedge lime (2/3 whole lime)
  • 1 oz Cocchi americano
  • 1 oz Green chartreuse

Instructions

Muddle the lime wedges and mint sprigs. Add rest of ingredients and fine strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Top with ~3 oz soda water and stir. Garnish with 2 mint sprigs and add a straw.
