  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 0.25 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Blandy's 5 year malmsey madeira · Madeira
  • 0.5 oz St. george spiced pear liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Averna · Amaro
  • 1.5 oz Barbancourt rhum · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
