Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg yolk · Other
  • 0.75 oz Heavy cream (half and half) · Other
  • 0.75 oz Averna or cynar (cynar)
  • 0.75 oz Calvados (boulard vsop) · Brandy
  • 0.75 oz Slightly smoky scotch (buchanan 12 year)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters (or freshly grated nutmeg).
