Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 2 dash House persimmon bitters (*)
  • 0.25 oz Apricot liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Suze gentian liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Macchu pisco · Pisco

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
