Ingredients

  • 4 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 barspoon Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Cherry heering · Other
  • 0.25 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Bianco vermouth (dolin blanc) · Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Appleton estate 12 year (appleton reserve)
  • 0.75 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum · Rum

Instructions

Whip shake with 2 ice cubes, strain into a Hurricane glass, top with crushed ice, add a straw, and garnish with a mint bouquet and a brandied cherry (omit the latter).
