Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut cream · Other
  • 1.5 oz Old monk rum · Rum
  • 1.5 oz Heavy cream · Other
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz soda water. Garnish with an orchid and freshly grated nutmeg.
