Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Pernod absinthe · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a glass, top with soda water, and add straw. Grate cinnamon over the top to garnish.
