Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg
  • 1 dash Bittermens mole bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 0.25 oz Brown sugar simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Benedictine
  • 0.75 oz Pimm's no. 1
  • 1.5 oz Oloroso sherry

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
