Ingredients

1 literal 1 Pinch kosher salt
0.13 oz Peychaud's bitters
0.25 oz Clement mahinia coco
0.25 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Punt e mes
1 oz Pineapple juice
1.5 oz Appleton signature rum

Instructions

Blend with ice and pour into a Hurricane glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a paper umbrella (omit).
