Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Falernum (velvet) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 4 dash Absinthe (1/8 oz st. george) · Absinthe
  • 6 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Gin (damrak) · Gin
  • 1 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum · Rum

Instructions

Whip shake with pebble ice and pour into a tulip glass (shake with ice, strain into a Tiki mug, and fill with crushed ice). Garnish with a half grapefruit wheel, mint, and a smoldering cinnamon stick.
